How to order
Pick your pair on the website or send us a photo on WhatsApp. We confirm the size, availability and price with you before any order is final.
Two ways to order
On the website
Add to bag, then send the order
- Choose your size on the product page and tap Add to bag.
- Open your bag from the top of the page.
- Tap Send this order on WhatsApp. Your pairs, sizes and total are written for you.
On WhatsApp
Send a photo or the name of the pair
- Message us the pair you want: a photo, the model name or the SKU.
- Tell us the size you usually wear.
- We reply with availability, price and delivery time.
What happens next
Every order is handled one by one, so you always talk to a real person.

We confirm your pair and size are available before anything is final.

Not sure between two sizes? We recommend the right one for that model.
We confirm price and timing
You get the final price and the expected delivery date on WhatsApp.

Delivery takes about 15 days. It can vary slightly depending on the model.

How long does delivery take?
About 15 days from when your order is confirmed. Some models take a little more or less; we tell you the expected date before you confirm.
How do I know which size to choose?
Tell us the size you usually wear in sneakers or boots and we recommend the right size for that model. Our UGG size guide also helps.
The pair I want is not on the website. Can you get it?
Often, yes. Send us a photo, the model name or the SKU on WhatsApp and we will search for it and come back with availability and price.
How do I pay?
We confirm the payment details with you on WhatsApp when we confirm your order.
Can’t find your pair?
Send us a photo and we will look for it through our sourcing network.
