PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

At Shoes Genie, we want every order to be smooth and clear. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed directly on our website or via WhatsApp.
  • Payment options:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders under $200
    • Prepayment of 40% for orders above $200 via WhatsApp
  • Full payment must be completed before shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks depending on product availability and shipping schedules.
  • Shipping time starts after full/prepayment confirmation.
  • Shoes Genie is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Exchanges & Returns

  • Exchanges are only available for items in stock with a size issue or defect.
  • Defective items receive a 100% refund.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as items are pre-ordered and paid for from suppliers.

Product Availability

  • Some items may be limited or rare; availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by Shoes Genie.
  • We operate a global sourcing network to find exclusive and sold-out sneakers.

Liability

  • Shoes Genie is not liable for issues caused by shipping delays or courier mishandling.

Privacy & Security

  • Customer information is used only for processing orders and communication.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
